HI FRIEND, I’M DR. BAILEY.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy from wayyyy upstate NY - basically Canada (brrr).  I love helping others find their passion for movement through functional strength training, healthy lifestyle changes, & by taking control over their pain or injury.

A person with long hair and a tattooed arm, wearing a black sleeveless shirt, standing indoors on a surface with green turf.

Sports are my jam - I’ve played soccer since I was 3 years old, have continued through college playing Division III, as well as currently playing in a couple of recreational adult leagues!

I also spend my time kissing my fur babies, lifting, hiking, crafting, and LOVE to travel… I’m truly happiest surrounded by palm trees & the ocean breeze.

I completed a 3+3 accelerated program at Russell Sage College earning both my Bachelor’s in Applied Biology, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy officially making me Dr. Pepper!

Falling in love with exercise as medicine was fueled by learning how to manage my own personal low back pain.  I truly believe that there is something for everyone in the world of exercise and finding what works for YOU is what matters to ME.

My goal is to help instill long lasting changes to give future you the power to support you through all life has to throw your way.  I love sharing the WHY behind it all, connecting the dots between mind and body to get the most out of movement.
