RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please read the Returns & Refund Policies carefully and in their entirety before ordering products, merchandise, and services from www.moveyourbonespt.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site and its content are owned by Move Your Bones, LLC.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

For the purpose of this Return & Refund Policy:

1. Definitions:
“Company”, “We”, “I”, “Our”, or “Us” means Move Your Bones LLC and our website, www.moveyourbonespt.com.

“Content” means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information contained on the Site, including, but not limited to, any and all emails received from Move Your Bones LLC, www.drsusiesquats.com, and/or www.moveyourbonespt.com, and any and all written or downloadable material purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered by Move Your Bones LLC, and/or on www.moveyourbonespt.com, including, but not limited to, graphics, newsletters, designs, documents, information, videos, trainings, templates and materials.

“Personal Information” means information that can be used on its own or in conjunction with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person, or to identify an individual in context. For example, personal information includes, among other things, your name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, mailing address, etc.

“Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products” means wwwmoveyourbonespt.com, Content (as defined herein), email list/newsletters, social media posts, courses, coaching services, affiliate marketing, guides, eBooks, forms, worksheets, workbooks, webinars, website materials, programs, and/or templates available on the Site.

“Goods” means tangible merchandise including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and stickers.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Site” means www.moveyourbonespt.com and any and all of its associated pages, tabs, landing pages, forms, or sub-pages. www.moveyourbonespt.com and www.drsusiesquats.com are used interchangeably and refer to the same Site.

“You” or “Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

2. Cancelling or Changing an Order

Goods Only:
You have the right to cancel or change Your Order for Goods if the cancellation or change occurs before the presale window closes. After closure of this window, orders on Goods can not be cancelled or changed.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation or to change an Order for Goods, You must inform Us of your decision by a clear written statement to: susie@moveyourbonespt.com

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive a valid cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Courses, Services, and/or Products:
Orders for Courses, Services, Memberships, and Digital Products cannot be cancelled or changed. All sales are final.

3A. Returns & Refunds for Goods

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date if the item(s) are in their original packages and condition. Only the cost of the Goods will be refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs to return Your item(s).

All sales are final for Courses, Services, and/or Products. We do not offer refunds for these purchases.

3B. Refunds & Cancellations for Courses, Services, Memberships, and Digital Products

All sales on Courses, Services, Memberships, and Digital Products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Supple Strength membership and any associated program tracks

  • 1:1 coaching and/or consulting services already rendered

  • Digital guides, handbooks, templates, programs, and downloaded materials

  • Webinars, workshops, and online courses

  • Any service delivered virtually or in-person

Supple Strength:
Due to the immediate delivery of training programs, educational materials, community access, and proprietary resources, payments for Supple Strength are non-refundable. All subscription cancellations must be completed by You prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel before Your renewal date will result in You being charged for the following month, and no refunds will be issued.

1:1 Coaching & Rehab Services:
Payments for coaching or rehab services are non-refundable once services have begun. If sessions or check-ins have been delivered, no refunds or credit will be issued for used services. Any unused prepaid services must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe or will be forfeited.

Digital Products & Programs:
Due to the nature of instantly accessible content, all digital product & program purchases are non-refundable under any circumstance.

No Exceptions Policy:
We do not accept refund requests due to perceived lack of results, change of personal circumstances, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with program difficulty, design, complexity, or preference.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for Goods will be accepted with 14 days of delivery date if the item(s) are in their original packages and condition. You are responsible for shipping costs to return Your original item(s) and to receive the new item(s). You can expect to receive your replacement Goods within 3 weeks.

All sales are final for Courses, Services, and/or Products. We do not offer exchanges for these purchases.

5. Damaged Goods

If Goods you received are damaged, please email susie@moveyourbonespt.com within 5 days of the delivery date. Include your name, the order number, and photos of the Damaged Goods. If We determine the Goods are, in fact, damaged, We will either refund Your original payment method or ship You replacement Goods. Since Goods are made to order, expect to receive Your replacement Goods in 2 to 3 weeks.

5. Lost Packages

All Goods are shipped with the United Stated Postal Service, and have a tracking number and $100 worth of insurance.

In the event you did not receive Your Goods and the USPS tracking information says ‘Not Delivered’ or ‘In Transit’ please email susie@moveyourbonespt.com for assistance, and file a claim with USPS with this link. If the Goods are ‘returned to sender’ We will verify Your address and attempt to ship Your Goods again, free of charge. If Your Goods are returned to sender a second time, You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping in order to receive Your Goods.

In the event you did not receive Your Goods and tracking information from USPS says ‘Delivered’, You need to file a claim with USPS with this link. We are do not replace Goods or offer refunds for Goods that are reported lost by You but are marked as “Delivered” by USPS.

6. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that results require active participation and consistency. Move Your Bones LLC does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, timelines, or progress.
